\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacemos con los libros antiguos, muy usados, best-sellers, que envejecen con el paso del tiempo y que ya nadie lee? \u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos hacer con los libros que nos emocionan y que no podemos ni queremos destruir?<\/p>\n

La propuesta es HACER cosas con esos libros, transformarlos. \u00a1Seguir disfrutando de ellos! Como artistas y creadoras, Feli Manero y Gretel Broyn construyen obras utilizando libros como material transformable, como materia prima a partir de la cual crear algo nuevo. Fabrican con libros. Hacen objetos con otros objetos ya hechos. A partir de sus producciones individuales y tambi\u00e9n conjuntas, quieren descontextualizar el objeto libro y tambi\u00e9n \u2018desacralizarlo\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u00abHacemos del objeto libro la materia prima y el soporte de nuestras creaciones. No somos escritoras, la lengua tambi\u00e9n es imagen.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Qu\u00e8 fem amb els llibres antics, molt usats, best-sellers, que envelleixen amb el pas del temps i que ja no llegeix ning\u00fa? Qu\u00e8 podem fer amb els llibres que ens emocionen i que no podem ni volem destruir?<\/p>\n

La proposta \u00e9s FER coses amb aquests llibres, transformar-los. Continuar gaudint-ne! Com a artistes y creadores, Feli Manero i Gretel Broyn construeixen obres fent servir llibres com material transformable, com mat\u00e8ria primera a partir de la qual crear alguna cosa nova. Fabriquen amb llibres. Fan objectes amb altres objectes ja fets. A partir de les seves produccions individuals i tamb\u00e9 conjuntes, volen descontextualitzar l\u2019objecte llibre i tamb\u00e9 \u2018dessacralitzar-lo\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u00abFem de l\u2019objecte llibre la mat\u00e8ria primera i el suport de les nostres creacions. No som escriptores, la llengua tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s imatge.\u00bb<\/p>\n

What can we do with old books, worn books, those best-sellers that have grown old with the passing of time, and that nobody reads anymore? What can we do with those books that thrilled us and we do not want to and cannot destroy?<\/p>\n

The proposal is to MAKE things from those books, transform them,\u00a0keep on enjoying them! As artists and creators, Feli Manero and Gretel Broyn use\u00a0books as a convertible material, as the raw material from which to create something new. They produce \u2018from\u2019 books. They make objects out of already made objects. Both with their individual and collective works, they want to decontextualize the book object, and also to desacralize it.<\/p>\n

\u201cOut of the book object we obtain raw material and support for our creations. We are not writers, language is also image.\u201d<\/p>\n
